A Microsoft 365–connected platform for Canadian construction subcontractors and suppliers. It finds bid invites in the inbox, extracts the details and organises them into projects.

01The challenge
An inbox full of bid invites, and no pipeline.
Estimators receive dozens, sometimes hundreds, of bid-invite emails a day. Opportunities were tracked in spreadsheets, calendars or the inbox itself, so high-value bids were easy to miss.
Our role: Development partner to OasisCode. We built the web application, the Microsoft 365 inbox integration and the email-parsing pipeline, working to OasisCode's product direction.

03What we built
From email to tracked project, automatically.
Microsoft 365 inbox connection
Mailboxes connect through the Microsoft Graph API, and incoming emails are checked for bid invites.
Rules-based extraction
Parsing rules pull the project name, bid deadline, files and related emails into a single project record.
Project pipeline
New, active and archived projects with status, estimators, tasks and email counts. Duplicate projects can be combined.
List, calendar and map views
Deadlines on a calendar, and the distance to every site on a map and in the list.
Team delegation
Projects and tasks assigned to the right estimators, with a filter by assignee.
Bid insights
Bid success rates and the project providers that bring the most valuable work.
